INDIVIDUALIZATION
Being an advocate and holding individualization as a major strength, I am exceptional at learning about everyone and their uniqueness. With a bit of analysis, I am able to quickly and effectively figure out how two different people can work together to achieve a goal.
RELATOR
I enjoy meeting new people and creating relationships that will last a long time. When determined to reach a goal such as the Honours List, I am eager to work with my friends to achieve a common goal between us.
CONSISTENCY
Growing up, I always had the interest and eagerness to help others and treat everyone equally. When working on a group project or hanging out with friends, I tend to create certain expectations, rules, and boundaries that everyone should adhere to at all times to avoid conflict.
ACHIEVER
No matter how challenging an academic task is or how difficult a course tends to be, I always give my 100% and do the best I can. I can go long periods just working on an assignment and will tend to complete them quickly to provide ample time to critique. When I am free, I will take the initiative to learn a new skill or research topic of interest. A new technical skill I am currently learning is SQL programming.
DELIBERATIVE
When making a serious decision, I tend to not only focus on the process but also the possible outcomes and any consequences that may arise. I try to anticipate any obstacles that may cause potential trouble along the way and prepare myself to advance and avoid them.
